Business Class: This cabin outlined to fulfill the traveler's space requirements and offers them the atmosphere keeping the humdrum traveling time away. Broad legroom, a manageable headrest, power sockets, full recline, and bed features comfier to accompany the seats. The entertainment screens are 15 inches long and present on every seat allowing passengers to relax. Also, the meals are prepared by professional chefs.
Guest Class: refers to the economy cabin with limited amenities but the essential ones for convenient traveling. The seat size is smaller but provides good comfort. The amenities feature AVOD screens, USB Sockets, back support, an armrest, and a foldable tray.

Carry-on Baggage: The business class let travelers bring one hand luggage and one personal commodity not exceeding weight limit of 20lb and measurements of 22x18x10 inches. The guest class allows to carry one bag and one private good; the bag weight should be at most 15 lbs and within the sizes of 18x8x14 inches. Flights arriving from the USA/Canada to Saudi Arabia with the weight limitation of 16Lbs alongside 45 inches and permits to bring one hand luggage.
Checked Baggage: The domestic and international routes policy will vary because of the factors such as fuel expense, cabin type, and country laws.
Domestic flights: The guest cabin lets one bag up to 55lb, first-class allows carrying 2 bags up to 55 lb, and Saudia Alfuran members can bring additional checked baggage to the current luggage weighing 55lb.
International Flights (guest cabin): Passengers can carry up to 2 bags from the USA/Canada weighing 71Lbs each and one baggage up to 72Lbs for the remaining international countries.
International Flights (Saudia Alfursan member): The club members can carry the additional checked bag to the current luggage.
Airport Check in: You must arrive 3 hours before the flight departure and complete the check-in process. You will get the boarding pass once the staff verifies everything is fine.
Mobile App Check-in: The easy-to-use mobile app makes it superfast to complete the check-in process and get the boarding pass without standing in the long queue.
Web Check in: The check-in process completes at the check-in menu on the official website. All you have to do is submit the luggage information and details to get the boarding pass.
